The NDL Medic First Aid Course, provides a learning experience of
CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and Medic First AID skills.
Medic First Aid
is the immediate and temporary proper aid provided to a sick or injured
person or animal until medical treatment can be provided. It generally
consists of series of simple, life-saving medical techniques that an
individual without formal medical training can be trained to perform
with minimal equipment.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency first
aid
procedure for a victim of cardiac arrest
. It is part of the chain of survival
, which includes early access (to emergency
medical services
), early CPR, and early advanced care.
The Course MFA and CPR (the pre-medical help) allows any wishing to
receive the information on laws of development of urgent conditions and
to get skills of rendering of the first medical aid.
The structure of this course includes theoretical information and
practical skills.
- Legislative base of pre-medical medical aid in urgent situations.
- Main principles and practical skills of Medic First Aid and
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
Examination.
This Course contain two classroom sessions.
